For a rt spike, you'll want to run heavy warrior pressure. IMO you should run a Bulls charge, a evi and a earth shaker. You should also run a Mesmer with diversion and shame and whatnot... Also run a BA ranger, they pwn splits. Don't forget your e/mo runner! Give him lots of snares and SoR. LoD and RC monks are popular.
